EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

All sales are final AS ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER.  Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns. Please make sure to use our sizing charts for reference when placing your order to ensure correct fit.  You can cancel or change an order by contacting shop@therabbitsla.com within 12 hours of placing the order. Once order is in production after 12 hour hold you will not be able to cancel or change your order.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING METHODS DO NOT INCLUDE PROCESSING TIME.

You will receive an email from shop@therabbitsla.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify shop@therabbitsla.com

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

We will replace all incorrect or damaged products. Please notify us as soon as possible to shop@therabbitsla.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible. All damaged and incorrect order returns must be started within 24 hours of package arrival.
